How We Started
Colonial Gutter Solutions started with an extremely talented residential construction worker looking to add to his portfolio. Already familiar with the gutter market, Tracy purchased a gutter machine under his construction business and started spreading the word. As business picked up, he enlisted the help of a previous customer and friend to install the gutter on weekends and his days off from his full time job in manufacturing. This is when Tracy and Matthew started to transform their owner-operator relationship into a business partnership. Tracy realized for his business to be successful, he needed Matthew’s help with the back-end operations. Matthew realized the talent, hard work, and dedication to quality that Tracy brought to the table would make them an excellent team. They each brought their own set of skills and knowledge together to form Colonial Gutter Solutions.
Meet The Team
Tracy Pollard
CEO
Tracy is the CEO of Colonial Gutter Solutions. He is also the owner of another local business, LSL South Construction. Tracy is a skilled craftsman with over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. He is married with five beautiful daughters and resides in Bulloch County. Although he is busy with two growing businesses, he enjoys spending his free time with family, friends, and his hobbies of fishing and hunting.
Matthew Bland
CFO
Matthew was born and raised in Sylvania, Georgia where he currently resides with his wife and three sons. He attended the University of Georgia where he received his undergraduate degree in Engineering. He later received his Masters Degree in Engineering from Georgia Southern University while he was working in a manufacturing plant in Sylvania. After doing 10 years in manufacturing, Matthew decided to leave that career and start running Colonial Gutters full time. When he is not working to grow the gutter business, Matthew is spending time with family or focusing on his land specialist position with Crosby Land Company.
Ryan Kirkland
Operations
Ryan is a native to Statesboro, Georgia. He and his wife now reside in Bulloch County with their son. Ryan started with Colonial Gutters as an apprentice installer. He quickly learned the trade and moved into a lead installer position. As Ryan grew with the company, he knew he could take it to the next level. When the Sales position became available, he took the opportunity to make the transition. Ryan has been an asset to the company with his deep knowledge and understanding of both the installation and estimation process.
Trevor Seigler
Sales Director
Trevor is a native to the Augusta, Georgia area. He currently resides in Bulloch County with his wife and three children. He attended college at Georgia Southern University where he obtained two degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Trevor has held a variety of positions in manufacturing from Human Resources to upper level management. He started with Colonial Gutters as an installer to learn the process but currently serves as the Human Resources and Operations Manager for the Statesboro location.
Jimmy McNeill
Sales
Jimmy was born and raised in North Central Florida. Jimmy moved to Statesboro in 2019 for an inside sales position at his father-in-law’s manufacturing company. Jimmy has experience in construction and manufacturing with more than ten years in sales. Jimmy thrives on building lasting relationships based on trust and confidence with all of his customers.
